WHAT WE PROVIDE
FIT FOR THE FUTURE
FIT FOR THE FUTURE program targets youth and young adults ages 18-24. Our program is designed to take youth through 12 weeks of leadership development to help build brand, identity, confidence, self efficacy, and community engagement. This program is an opportunity for our students to connect with members of their community who have specific skills and knowledge that can assist them on their journey to success. Students are able to discover unlimited opportunities available to them and build connections and a network that will last a lifetime. We introduce them to entrepreneurs and mentors in their field of interest that are from similar backgrounds to elevate their thinking and expand opportunities for their futures.
CREATE COLLEGE
CREATE COLLEGE is designed to provide youth with essentials to start their college journey. Attending college is a major transition for youth, but the expenses can make that transition a lot harder. CREATE College is an opportunity to alleviate that financial burden and furnish their new on-campus homes. Through CREATE College, we aid in making our members’ transition a little smoother by fully furnishing their dorms. We help members of our program make their college dorm home. Supplying them with the essentials they need for their dorms helps CREATE a positive environment to ensure their college journey is triumphant.
CREATE ATHLETICS
CREATE Athletics is designed to send youth to high profile athletic camps in their area. We provide members of the programs access to proper coaching and training leading to opening the door of college recruitment and professional coaching. We even go a step further and help provide our youth with the appropriate equipment, proper training, and the experienced coaching that they need to attack the field and the court!
HOW WE DO IT
Youth who enter our programs are often in crisis or experiencing a lack of resources and network they need to reach their highest potential. Creating opportunity comes with a strategic approach.
Create + Collaborate uses a collaboration of volunteers, business partners, and a board that alone represents over 100 years of youth development experience. This enables us to provide endless opportunities for youth that enter our program.
